Located in a somewhat better area of the city center, this hotel offers an easy access to Ouzoud waterfalls. The beautiful tiles throughout the building are a sight to behold. The rooms have a nice traditional paintwork and the beds are firm and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, always quick to fix any issues. The hot water and heating work well, making for a cozy stay. The hotel also offers free WiFi and a beautiful Moroccan furnished welcome area.
The promised room on the terrace was not available upon arrival.

I had a amazing experience at Moroccan House. The staff were great too ensure that nothing was a problem. They were helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. Despite the hotel needing a complete makeover, I would still choose to stay here again because of the really good service I received. The beds were comfortable and I had access to hot water in the shower, even though the hot tap in the sink barely worked. The room was cleaned every day, ensuring a clean and tidy space to relax in. Although there were some issues, such as the bathroom needing a makeover and the shower leaking onto the floor, I would still recommend this hotel. With the knowledge I now have, I would know what to ask for to ensure a more enjoyable stay.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the new area of the city is convenient, only about 15-20 minutes walk from the railway station and a short taxi ride to the main Medina. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are decorated in a beautiful Moroccan style, with 2 single beds, extra hard mattresses, and a fridge. The breakfast included is delicious, with fresh cooked eggs.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Charming and stylish, with Moroccan hospitality. Elaborate tiled lobby, comfortable beds, and Western amenities in the bathroom. Good breakfast. Helpful staff speak multiple languages. Rooftop offers great sunset views. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and friendly staff. It had convenient transportation options and was close to both the Jamar al Fna square and the Majorelle garden. The hotel facilities were great.
